Inside out. For the lining of this thyme-dyed and scented jacket we used black rice and artichoke waste from a local restaurant in Alcoi. Instead of throwing them away we wanted to prolongue their life cycle by extracting a light grey color. This idea of using bi-products from the food industry was something that we explored over the past 9 months to create a more circular system in both our process and garments #naturaldyes #refreameu #bespoketailoring #startseu #circulareconomy
